By installing or using WatchNexus, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
WatchNexus is proprietary software. Your right to use it is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA) included with your distribution. The Standard tier is free for personal use. Pro and Ultra tiers require a valid license key.
You are responsible for all content stored and streamed through your WatchNexus instance. You must ensure you have the legal right to store, transcode, and stream any media in your libraries.
WatchNexus is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
